This Galvanic Spa System is a handheld device that uses self-adjusting, low-level galvanic currents to transport key ingredients to the skin for a revived and rejuvenated appearance. For more than 50 years, spa professionals have used galvanic currents in customized treatments to refresh and energize the skin.
Galvanic treatments operate on the basic principle that like charges repel and opposites attract. When paired with proprietary Nu Skin products formulated with either a negative or positive charge and when programmed with the same polarity, the Nu Skin Galvanic Spa instrument repels treatment products, assisting the delivery of active ingredients into the skin. The negatively charged Pre-Treatment Gel binds to impurities, and marigold, sea kelp and vanilla extracts soothe and condition the skin. The positively charged Treatment Gel revives and invigorates the skin.
